Nick Whitehead

Nick is a NLP Master Practitioner, who utilises his high levels of commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair combined with his training skills, to achieve real, measurable outcomes.

Having completed 15 years in a very successful senior Strategic Sales and Development career, with a demonstrable record of achievement, in delivering advanced healthcare solutions in UK and overseas healthcare providers, and building and training high performing teams who succeeded in delivering on projects up to the value of £50mil..

Having moved into the training and consultancy arena, bringing extensive knowledge from his sales background, along with innovative, successful approaches to training, gained from the latest techniques and approaches used in the development of human potential.

A focused, results oriented individual offering significant strategic management experience, strong trouble-shooting skills and a proven ability to implement innovative solutions and optimize resources.

Nick has worked with many NHS Hospitals, private UK and overseas healthcare providers, PFI consortia, Department of Health and the major healthcare consultancy companies within the UK, including Hiltron Ltd, Parker Consultancy Services and Martin James Medical Ltd (MJM Ltd).

Julia Dionian

Julia is an enthusiastic team player with a business management background. She is passionate about developing and improving Customer Service.

Her key skills are:

  • Developing and running participative, fun and effective Customer Service courses
  • Investigating products and services from a Customer viewpoint, driving forward improvements
  • One to one coaching of Customer Service staff
  • Ability to motivate and enthuse people
  • Finding and implementing solutions to seemingly intractable problems (it can't be done', 'it's never been done before', 'it's too difficult')

As Customer Services Manager in AEA Technology's Nuclear Science business, Julia was responsible for developing a Customer Service culture in a £25m shareholder focused business. Prior to that, Julia held sales and project management roles including Sales Manager in Safeguard International Ltd, where she reinvigorated the department by motivating and empowering staff, hence significantly increasing sales.

Julia has an excellent track record training in medical and hospital environments.

Susan Irving

Susan worked for many years in the corporate world. As well as becoming a top performer herself; she has managed high achieving teams who were previously low achievers.

Susan’s confidence, charisma and enthusiasm have to be experienced, as words really cannot describe her zest for training, coaching and for life itself.

Having worked in a variety of sectors, including Call Centres, Building Societies, Schools and Training Organisations, she became a Top Performer in British Telecom’s call centres and turned round a team of 15, previously low performers, to become the highest performing team in UK.

A consistent high performer, exceeding targets and gaining many awards for her achievements, she is an experienced Facilitator & Trainer utilising her personality to add style and flair.

Susan is a great motivator, who develops and delivers innovative training packages which are proven to improve retention and productivity within the workplace.

As a qualified Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, TFT Practitioner and Adult Trainer, Susan has a “can do” attitude to succeeding in the workplace and in life itself.
