Whether the stress and/or anxiety is caused by a one off event, for example sitting an exam, driving down a motorway, or whether it is more deep-rooted and persistent problem, hypnotherapy can help.
One-off events can often be overcome with 2 or 3 one hour sessions, sometimes the problems can be resolved in just one session.
More deep-rooted issues may take longer, this is dependant upon many things, but one thing is certain, and that is, that you will see and feel the positive differences from the very first session of therapy.
