Presentations Nerves:

According to a survey, the fear of public speaking is greater than the fear of dying; the second greatest fear is that of spiders.

That’s a powerful, yet true statement. However, there are ways of overcoming the anxiety and stress that people feel when it comes to public speaking.

Presentation Nerves

Often, people are expected to give presentations, either because they have been promoted, their job role has changed, or just because somebody volunteered them.

Having the basic skills will help you overcome some of the anxiety, but a genuine fear of public speaking needs to be addressed in other ways.

Sunesis Training & Consultancy can offer various methods to help you overcome this fear using: NLP, Hypnotherapy and Thought Field Therapy, or a combination of all three.

Often, the therapy will only take up to 60 minutes, and this can be added on to training courses, or be a stand-alone session.
